Weekly Featured Projects:

  • I am all over painted pumpkins today.  I mean really.  Hours and hours I have spent on these things.  Check out these painted pumpkins with address by Missy at Lookie What I Did.  I like how she used vinyl to trace out lines to paint in the numbers.  I would have just left the vinyl on there, missing out on the lovely hand painted look.

Painted Pumpkins

  • I wanna steal this chair by Milla at Design Par Deux.  It reminds me of the new Target Mossino line.  Ziggity Zaggity fun.  Go check out the before pic.  You will be amazed.

Weekly featured projects:

  • I am so impressed by this stenciled wall over at The Project Queen.  It must have taken such patience, and I am just not sure I could pull it off.  I love how the satin finish base color contrasts with the metallic paint lines.  Great job!

Quatrefoil Stencil

  • I am crushing on this cute his and hers XOXO art over at Love Notes By Lauryn.  She Mod Podged images from her guy’s favorite magazines onto one XO set, and from hers onto the other.  My hubby doesn’t read magazines… but he plays piano.  I am thinking sheet music.  Great project to customize!

I am digging this bright, summery tissue paper wreath by Nikki at Thrifty Decorating.  The colors and flowers are splendid.  Anytime you incorporate a pizza box into your decor and make it work like this, you win 🙂
