Summer has brought a serious bracelet obsession, worldwide. Here is a fun, eco-friendly project using old t-shirts to create stack-able wrist decor for little or no cost.
You will need:
Old T-shirts
Scissors
Tutorial:
The cuff made from the collar is optional. The above pic shows it without.
For the other 2 T-shirt bracelets, I did macrame knotting. Just start out like I showed you above, making a loop at one end . Then follow the macrame instructions I linked in this macrame bracelet DIY.

I am never gonna throw away a t-shirt again. I love this. Could be cool to somehow weave in some charms or pearls. Thanks for the inspirations, love it!
Catarina, what a great idea! Do it and come share it with us. xoxo, Johnnie

How do you tie off the ends to make it stay on the wrist? And when you say “fold the strip in half” do you mean lengthwise? Sorry, I’m very NOT crafty but trying! I tried this as a headband and it worked nicely. Just braid three strips together and knot the ends.
You are fine! No apologies. I have questions on people’s tutorials often. Yes, lengthwise. So you fold it in half and you have a V shape. At the point of the V, tie a knot, leaving a loop (see the yellow t-shirt strip in the photo). At the other end, you have 2 loose ends. Bring them together and tie a knot with them (as if they are one string). To secure the bracelet, slip the knot through the loop you created. I hope that helps!! If not, let me know, and I will try to shoot a quick video clip. Thanks. xoxo
