How precious is this boutique flower headband from Shabby

Beach Nest?  There is a great step by step there.  I am crushing

on handmade flowers in a big way right now, and this is

on my to do list for sure!

When her doorbell broke, Holly at Life as a Thrifter got creative and made this burlap

framed sign as an alternative.  The best thing about it, besides that it

looks great, is that  her napping girl  doesn’t get awakened everytime

there is a visitor!

Cameron Homemade walks us through the making of

a lovely mantle with revamped Goodwill art.  I love

the framed glittered key, and the red and aqua!

FEATURES

Katie at Creatively Living found a crib curbside and snatched it up (a girl after my own heart).  She paired the metal frame part with some craigslist finds for this great repuropsed wall decor.

Artsy VaVa put her own unique spin on scrabble tile pendants with metal jewelry findings, for a fantastic piece of jewelry.  You can view her quick and easy pendant making tips and have your own version in a snap.

Andrews Update was inspired by none other than Pinterest to create these decorative book page hanging spheres.

Faves from last week:

Mel at the Crafty Scientist made these gorgeous quatrefoil wall art pieces from paint chips… Genius.  I love quatrefoil and this is just too cool.

Holly from Life as a Thrifter made this custom photo art as a wedding gift.  Great idea!  The couple’s wedding date is 5/5.  You could do a series of 3 for the month/date/year too.
